Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Every KEYNAN timepiece is a rare, individually-sourced and authenticated piece sold by private arrangement, so completed sales are, as a rule, final. Where a return is agreed, the terms below apply. If anything here is unclear, speak with us before you buy.

When a return can be considered

A return must be agreed with us in advance and the watch received back within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the piece must be unworn and returned in exactly the condition in which it was delivered — complete with its box, papers and every accessory. Watches that have been worn, sized, engraved, altered or damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete, cannot be accepted.

Inspection on return

Every returned piece is examined and re-authenticated when it reaches us. We will confirm once we have received and inspected the watch, and then let you know whether the return has been approved.

Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund is issued to the original method used for the private transaction, less any costs that apply, within a reasonable period. If a refund seems delayed, please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process it; if it still has not appeared after that, contact us.

Pieces that cannot be returned

Special orders, bespoke arrangements and pieces sold at a negotiated or preferential price as part of a private deal are not returnable.

Shipping a return

Returns are arranged together with us. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and any original shipping cost is non-refundable. Given the values involved, a return must be sent fully insured and by a trackable service; the piece remains at your risk until we confirm we have received it.

Damaged or not as described

If a piece arrives damaged or materially different from how it was described to you, contact us immediately and we will put it right — by repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate.
